PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
BRIGHT ZINC SPRAY/SILVER ZINC 3 IN 1 is ideal for re-galvanising and repairing damanged spots on galvanized parts as well as on welding and cutting points in steel construction. Silver zinc offers corrosion protection as well as an ideal match to newly galvanized metal.
APPLICATION |
1. Widely used for long-term protection of steel components and establishments such as iron, outdoor iron pipes, iron towers, steel frames, containers, bridges, outdoor signs, etc.
2. Suitable for the repairing and protection of welding joints, rivet joints and zinc galvanizing layers.
DIRECTIONS |
1. Surface preparation: Surface should be free from dirt, dust, oil, rust flakes and any other contaminants that may prevent the anodization process.
2. Spray: Shake can vigorously until the glass beads in the can move freely for one to two minutes before spraying and occasionally while in use to ensure uniformity and prevent clogging. Hold can 20cm from the surface to be sprayed, press spray button firmly with steady even strokes while moving can back and forth.
3. For reparation: 2-3 layers of paint is necessary and the thickness is depending on the damages of original layers..
4. If a topcoat with a specific colour is needed, it is suggested to apply after 6 hours of the application of this product.
5. Always clear nozzle by inverting can and spray for 3 seconds.
NOTE: When painting over previously painted surfaces check for compatibility on a small area first.
