PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
PCB Conformal Coating Spray is designed to provide thin acrylic transparent layered coating on printed circuit board and other electronic circuits to protect against humidity, moisture, fungus and corrosion. This coating helps in preventing short circuit and corrosion of conductors and solder joints. Used on printed circuit boards as protective coating against moisture, dust, humidity and fungus. Ease of inspection is further enhanced because of fluoresces under UV light thereby enabling faster production cycle to improve Lubrication.

DIRECTIONS |
Shake the can well before use till you hear the ball inside the can moving freely. Ensure the surface which requires the coating is clean and free from oil, grease and dust. Spray gently from a distance of 6 to 9 inches over the substrate in an uniform fashion. Allow the solvent to evaporate and the coating to air dry for one hour. If a hard, glossy film is desired, 1/2 hour oven drying at 50℃ will be helpful. One single coating will be 15-20 microns thick. If second coat is applied on the first dry coat, the film thickness will be double.
REMOVAL OF CURED FILM: The cured film may be removed with Kingarch Electrical Contact Cleaner Spray or with Chlorinated hydrocarbon solvent.
